Congrats to CHCI/CS Alums Ben Hanrahan and Alex Endert
Congratulations to Ben Hanrahan @benhanrahan on his NSF CAREER Award for research titled ‘Recasting Algorithmic Management in the Gig Economy’. Ben’s research focuses on user agency, and how user interfaces structure and influence it. He is an assistant professor at the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State.
Congratulations to Alex Endert @AlexAlexATL on his promotion to associate professor and tenure at Georgia Tech @GT_VIS @ICatGT, School of Interactive Computing. Alex’s research combines techniques from visualization, human-computer interaction, statistics, machine learning and data mining to create insights into increasingly large and complex data.
